• Tracking milestones from lifting to discharge

Oversees end-to-end execution of petroleum supply chains across international markets. Responsible for coordinating logistics, inspection, and compliance across multiple transactions while managing operational risk.

• CIF and FOB execution oversight

• Supplier and logistics partner coordination

• Risk mitigation and operational continuity

Ensures every transaction is supported by accurate, verified, and compliant trade documentation. Works with SGS, shipping agents, and financial institutions to support smooth settlement and delivery.

Focus areas:

• Bills of Lading, SGS reports, certificates

• UCP 600 and trade finance alignment

• Documentation review and verification

Manages vessel scheduling, charter coordination, and shipping logistics for crude and refined petroleum cargos. Acts as the link between shipowners, port agents, and internal trade teams.

• Vessel nomination and tracking

• Port coordination and laycan management

• Shipping timelines and reporting

Serves as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, and intermediaries throughout the transaction lifecycle. Ensures clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism across all engagements.

• Relationship management with repeat counterparties

Supports the commercial side of petroleum trading through market research, pricing support, and deal preparation. Works alongside senior traders to evaluate opportunities and structure transactions.
